Delivery
We use The Royal Mail here at Azura Gifts, below is the pricing information.
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £50.00, we use the Royal Mail and this only applied to the UK.
- 2nd Class Standard Delivery, estimated delivery time 3 working days - £3.95 (or free if you spend over £50.00, UK Only).
- 1st Class Delivery, estimated delivery time 1-2 working days - £5.95
- Signed For Delivery, estimated delivery 3 working days - £6.95
Europe and International Orders
All orders placed to be delivered internationally are delivered via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Please allow up to 10 working days for International Deliveries via the Royal Mail International Tracked, we will provide you with a tracking number.

Despatched within 2-3 working days: Animal Shaped Cushions
Despatched within 3-5 working days: Personalised Animal Shaped Cushions
Despatched within 1-3 working days: Selected Mugs
Despatched within 1-3 working days: Engraved, Printed Items, Embroidered and Candles
Despatched within 3-5 working days: Ceramic and Printed Glass
Returns
At Azura Gifts we are positive that you will be very satisfied with your order, however if you feel that you need to return an item please Contact Us to arrange the return, we will need your order number and contact information to start the process.
We will only except returns if the item is damaged or there is an incorrect quantity of items, you must return your good within 14 working days of receiving. They must be in an unused state, complete with all packaging and components, we will then refund the price paid for the product(s) including the original postage and packaging. If goods we deliver are damaged, or they are not what you ordered, we will replace the goods.
The cost of the return is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, we recommend sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery services. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We cannot be held responsible for any lost packages, so please use a signed for postage method in order to guarantee its arrival back to us.
Please be aware we can only refund the amount paid back to the original payment method i.e. credit card.
Personalised Products
Please note that all personalised and perishable products are none refundable, also if they have been custom made for you or if you have provided the incorrect information during the order process.
Please be sure of any personalisation before purchasing to ensure there are no mistakes.
