We are in partnership with Creature Comforts Direct and have exclusive rights to sell their products.
Only Creature Comforts Direct, Azura Gifts and official online shops on Ebay, Amazon, Etsy and Facebook are permitted to sell any Creature Comfort Direct products.

In these terms and conditions, "we" "us" and "our" refers to Azura Gifts. Your access to and use of all information on this website including purchase of our product/s is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend this terms and conditions at any time and your use of the website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. Please read the terms and conditions each time you access this website.
Purchasing & Ordering
You can order products online via our website www.azuragifts.co.uk. When you placing an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated.
We will send you an order acknowledgement which will come in the form of an email. However we may refuse to accept an order if;
We do not receive your payment
The ordered products are out of stock or discontinued
There has been a pricing, discount offer or products description error
Personalised products contain content which may cause annoyance or inconvenience such as indecent, offensive, racist, pornographic, etc.
Please be advised we will send you an email to inform you if any of the above takes place.
Azura Gifts are not permitted to sell goods that include alcohol to anyone under 18. By ordering any products that contain alcohol from our website you confirm that both you and the recipient of this item(s) are aged 18 years or over. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or deliver products containing alcohol at our discretion, and also the courier at the time of delivery if acceptable identification is not provided.
In any refusal, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited where your credit card has been charged.
From UK to EC Countries Duty and Tax-Paid Goods
We understand no additional duty or tax will be charged on goods bought duty and tax paid in another EC country. Please note that for Alcohol it must be for personal use and in limited quantities. Therefore, we recommend you limit your purchase to 1 or 2 bottles. We take no responsibility should additional duty in the destination country be applied.
All orders must be paid for in full via credit card and debit card, we use Stripe to allow this, or the other option is PayPal, orders will not be delivered unless payment is received.
We use the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us.
Order Cancellations
You cannot cancel your order if the goods that you have ordered are perishable goods or if the product is personalised or custom made to your requirements.
Please check your order during order process and the confirmation email carefully, as we cannot refund or cancel your order for personalised products which have been mis spelt or you have had a change of heart.
Availability
We keep our website up to date but if you order an item that is out of stock we will contact you via email to give you options of either waiting for the item to come back into stock or cancelling and receiving a refund. Please note that we cannot guarantee items to be in stock.
Delivery & Process Times
Please be aware that our shaped cushions are handmade to order and will take between 2-3 working days to complete. Personalised shaped cushions will take approximately 3-5 working days to be designed and produced. In no way will purchasing upgraded postal services effect this, such as next day delivery. All lead times are stated on each listing.
We deliver to destinations within UK, Europe and Internationally. However this is limited to some products.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address that you give us during your order process so please ensure this is correct. We endeavour to dispatch goods on the day we specify within the product page, however we cannot guarantee dispatch on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside specified lead times. We also cannot accept liability or costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries where goods are sent direct from our manufacturers or for delays in the delivery caused by any third party. Dispatch times shown on the product description pages are indicative only, may vary during peak times or if the item is out of stock.
Orders will be dispatched with your chosen delivery method. Goods returned described as undeliverable or not called for, will be subject to a redelivery charge. We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item. If you do not receive your order within 28 days from the ordered date, we do not take liability unless you notify us in writing or by email within 30 days from the order date.
2nd Class Standard or Free Standard Shipping
This is our standard shipping method, we use the Royal Mail second class which is estimated between 3 working days, however, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
If you qualify for free delivery please not this is to the UK only.
1st Class
1st Class is an upgraded delivery option, we use the Royal Mail first class which is estimated between 1-2 working days, however, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
Signed For
Your item will be delivered via courier signed for service with the Royal Mail.
Opening Times
Our working days are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm, our lead times and despatch dates do not include the weekend and bank holidays.
Next Working Day delivery to Northern Ireland, Overseas UK addresses and Parts of Scotland will take an extra day.

Please note that if ordering some of our personalised products they may arrive at different times and days due to the production location, this may mean two or more deliveries within one order.
Any package that is returned to us that was not picked up from a Royal Mail collection point, after a delivery was attempted will only be re-delivered once the customer has contacted us, the customer will be charged again for re-delivery, an email will be sent to explain this. If this is not re-arranged within 28 days, we will dispose of your package and no refund or compensation will be available to you.
Returns
At Azura Gifts we are positive that you will be very satisfied with your order, however if you feel that you need to return an item please Contact Us to arrange the return, we will need your order number and contact information to start the process. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that we will not accept any returns on our premises and you must contact us in writing or email before returning the goods. Images have been provided on each listing are for illustrative purposes only so we cannot guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour on your computer monitor nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
We will only except returns if the item is damaged or there is an incorrect quantity of items, you must return your good within 14 working days of receiving. They must be in an unused state, complete with all packaging and components, we will then refund the price paid for the product(s) including the original postage and packaging. If goods we deliver are damaged, or they are not what you orders, we will replace the goods. Please note that refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.
Please note that all personalised and perishable products are none refundable, also if they have been custom made for you or if you have provided the incorrect information during the order process.
The cost of the return is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, we recommend sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery services.
Liability
We, any other party (whether or not involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering Azura Gifts), exclude all liability and responsibility for any amount or kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damages arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise) in connection with this website in any way or in connection with the use, inability to use or the results of use of this Website, any websites linked to this Website or the material on such websites, including but not limited to loss or damage due to viruses that may infect your computer equipment, software, data or other property on account of your access to, use of, or browsing this Website or your downloading of any material from this Website or any websites linked to this Website.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence (as such term is defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977) (ii) fraud (iii) misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter or (iv) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify us fully, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of any breach of the terms and conditions by you, or your use of this Website, or the use by any other person using your registration details. By accessing our website, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all claims, actions, damages, costs and expenses including legal fees arising from or in connection with your use of our website.

We endeavour to ensure all information on our website is correct, however we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of this. We may make changes to any information, products, descriptions and prices on our website, at any time without notice. The information and material on our website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update. Whilst we have taken all due care in providing the information on our website, we do not provide any warranty either express or implied including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that materials/items for sale on the website are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom and Eire. It is prohibited to access the website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this Website from locations outside the United Kingdom and Eire, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
